Number Without Power: All Irma outages are restored
All members who experienced outages due to Irma’s destructive wind and rain have now been restored. Crews will continue working on the system over the coming days to remove limbs and debris on or near powerlines.
“I want our members to know how much we appreciate your patience and understanding,” CEO Chris Stephens said. “We know extended outages are tough on everyone. I can’t tell you how much your support of our employees and line crews have meant to everyone. Most of our employees worked 12-16 hour days throughout the storm, rotating overnight shifts to keep us staffed 24-7.”
