Update Address & Phone Number
To update your contact information login to our Customer Service Portal by selecting “Pay My Bill” below.
First time users can easily create a username and password to access all features of the portal. You can manage your contact information, check usage, sign up for e-bill, report outages and review current and past billing information.
The portal can also be accessed from your mobile device. Visit Apple App Store or Android Google Play and search CFEMC. Members using our app can enjoy all the features supported in our Customer Service Portal.
